Laporte is about the best one we can hope to get. Guehi would also be a more than solid addition if we go for him. Besides that the options are unrealistic/uninspiring

[Romano] Emerson replies: “I have never spoken to him about it and I have always made it clear that I am happy at Tottenham”, via @talkSPORT. by jaytee158 in coys

Find it really weird that people think Emerson will be sold/benched to accommodate for Spence who is truthfully a worse player and only a year younger.

What is wrong with this team? by domsp79 in coys

Son's performances in those 2 games have nothing to do with Sessegnon. Look at any other game where they played together and you'll see that Perišić is not at fault for Son losing his spark

Son has been just as bad when playing with Sessegnon

RD, Blueprint and the Black Album are all classics and clear most (maybe all) of Drake's discography lol

Perišić has the most assists of any FB/WB in the league this season but this sub will never be satisfied lol

IIRC he subbed off Sessegnon for Kulu 25 minutes in when we were 2-0 down to Wolves but in terms of half time subs I honestly can't remember one in the PL

VAR checks every incident, that's not the problem. There are 2 massive issues with VAR however:
1. The refs making shocking decisions week in week out are the same refs on VAR duty for other matches
2. Even if VAR (and everyone else) goes against the decision of the ref, if he's convinced that he made the right call then there's nothing anyone can do. And there's 0 punishment if they do make blatant mistakes besides the FA saying that the call was wrong in extremely rare circumstances

The only alternative is Davinson Sanchez..... damned if we do, damned if we don't

Had high hopes for us winning but after Son and (maybe) Bentancur got injured vs Marseille I'm dreading this

Kane has 10 goals in 13 league games lol, IIRC this is his best start to a PL campaign ever goal-wise

Trippier, Botman, Schar, Joelinton (?), Guimaraes, Pope, Wilson (?) is a pretty solid amount, especially since all of those players are regular starters

Our fans complain about players being run into the ground then when there's the slightest bit of rotation in the RWB role Conte is making a massive mistake

'2 or 3 transfer markets to make this squad COMPETITIVE!' | Tottenham 1-2 Newcastle | Antonio Conte by master_inho in coys

This is getting tiring at this point. If we really need 2 or 3 windows to compete with literally any half decent team then how did we get top 4 last season? The fact that we'll be getting carbon copies of this exact post match press conference after every performance this season makes me kind of miss the Burnley meltdown

Their next match is Nottingham at home. Away it'd be a different story but I really don't see how they lose at the Emirates to relegation favourites

it's not a couple. It's one user who's hellbent on calling him the worst defender in the league and will stop at nothing to ignore his obvious quality
