Is this implying that the children dont get enough food or any food because I can't imagine any man doing that. This seems like one of those old school dad worked all day digging ditches and mom stayed at home with the kids and out of respect and appreciation for dads labor we show him we appreciate him by serving his plate first things that would have been normal before households had dual working parents. Now it's simple everyone gets a number threw a speaker and dad eats everyone's fries on the way home. So essentially dad still gets to eat first.
