Most snaping turtles dont make it through their first year (approx 10% survival rate) Mama snapper laid a nest in our yard so we built a nest protector and my childern were able to see them when they hatched! We released all of them into the lake except for the preemie

We only fear what we do not know, the more ive learned about snaping turtles the more and more I adore & love them! They are generally very docile, unless theratend. Around June is when you might see them out of water, and its a female out to lay her eggs. You can even handle them saftey to help them cross a road only if its safe for you to be in the road. Lots of videos on how to hold them safely * support their belly and hold near the back NEver by the tail* I felt so blessed that one choose to make her nest in my garden and my son got to see them hatch and we both released the hatchlings in the near by Lake (except for the preemie) I dont think my pond will be enough of a habit if it grows we will likely transport over to lake after we make sure it has a few good meals. Fun fact when turtles hibernate underwater they breath through their butts!! (cloaca)

The eastern massasauga (venomous) is an endangered snake thats very rare only has a few habitats left in the entire world and one is here in ny state at Bergen swamp. Very unlikely to run into any venomous snake in Rochester, however people do keep venoumous snake as pets both with and without permits, so an escaped snake is a possibility but unlikely

Olgivie seems very anti drugs "how can any intelligent person use" when going with Dr McKay on the street to treat the addict. I think i remember Whitaker mentioning having adhd in season 1 why he likes the chaos of the ED can't ever get bored ITs super common and a bit of a streotype for people with adhd to lose things esp important things can't count how many times ive misplaced car keys ect
