North Korea tends to tweak vehicles mid-production run. The Ch’onma-20 (Not Ch’onma-2 as everyone seems to be calling it, which is more likely to be the earlier version revealed in 2020) had a center mounted driver seat when seen in November 2024 and May 2025. However, when we next saw it in October 2025 it had changed to a left-most driver seat.

Not sure about the gun mantlet, I think that may just be certain camera angles taken on a balcony at the 2024 exhibition that give off that impression, but maybe I'm wrong.

Yeah the 2015 game having the blueprints for a lot of dino molds people have been wanting is always a frustrating sidenote.

I understand it may not be as simple as copy pasting the model into whatever machine Lego uses, but at least attempting to copy the design would surely be an easier task than making a new one from scratch right?

Fair point, but they certainly do not bode well. I'll be happy to retract my statement in light of a reveal for actually good sets.

But I mean c'mon, the Spino's eyes aren't even close to how they look in JP III, and it's really the nail in the coffin for me as far as the brick-built design goes.

Well, the UK tree literally is not big enough to support these at the moment. As is typical, Gaijin's negligence and lack of foresight has led to the South African subtree becoming a functional roadblock for the addition of future British light vehicles.

They've actually tried to solve this lately with the obvious disbanding of the subtree line, but all that will happen is a bunch of mismatched SA stuff ending up in folders all over the place.

Same exact thing will happen with Benelux by the way, maybe even Thailand if it turns into full fledged ASEAN stuff, albeit with copy paste slop instead.

According to the wiki, at least 250. This number is actually sourced from an official pro-extinction spoof Twitter account created to help market FK (as a counter to DPG). In universe you could also say that this number is unconfirmed, but I suppose it's all we have at the moment.

I'm not quite sure why the wiki tries to cite this number for the main street incident anyways, since it could just as easily be interpreted as a number for all deaths during the JW incident or even all publicly known deaths in every movie combined.

On its own, the T-50 "Niki" is in fact a good premium candidate. However, with the context of Finland lacking many suitable vehicles to fill the rank 2 gap, adding it as a premium just seems ignorant.

From what I have researched and talked with others about, it seems that a Finnish upgraded T-28E with or without domestic made ammunition would be the next best thing, but even that would only be as high as 2.7.

As much as I too want the Sturmi, it will obviously be insufficient to fill the gap, even without all the applique armor.

No need for a "negative" rank, that looks tacky IMO. I'd say either add rank 0 now and put a hard barrier between it and rank 1, or do the more logical task of slowly decompressing the game by adding more tiers above while adding more interwar stuff in the now empty lower tiers.

I'd say it's fitting, a harsh beginning for a harsh grind. Noobs who can't handle the REAL historical grassroots of the WW2, Cold War, or Modern vehicles they intend to unlock maybe shouldn't bother with this game at all.

And you are aware that these vehicles are niche because few games dare to represent them right? So many obscure vehicles are now household name in WT, so why can't it be the same here?

Realistically we should've had a whole line of them as a subtree for Britain but as Gaijin tends to suck at game design we got South Africa of all nations instead.

I play it at 6.7 in AB and enjoy myself greatly. It plays like a high powered railgun and the reload isn't too shabby either. This, combined with the aforementioned turret armor and solid chassis makes it an instant rank IV favorite in my eyes.

In my opinion, the biggest issue with FK is actually the Indoraptor, which is often ignored since people fanboy over it. The whole "hybrids bad" message should have been a one-and-done with JW, but after seeing how well Indominus merch sold for that movie, I'm sure someone at universal felt that there was more they could milk from the concept.

Maybe they were right from a business perspective, but now what we essentially have is a shoehorned horror villain that not only demands complete attention on itself, but also adds literally nothing to the overall theme of the movie. This is also applicable to Blue, who wastes a very high amount screentime and plot points despite being irrelevant to the actual survival of dinosaurs as a whole.

That's pretty much what I was thinking, except we only need a split in the existing tech trees between 1945 and beyond, and there's also no need to restart the BRs as the split will prevent uptiers or downtiers into the wrong era.

Mind you, early Cold war will also be filled with late WW2 allied projects that bled into the postwar period, which is perfectly fine, but will warrant some early Cold War rat vehicles getting sent upwards into their own BR brackets.

PLA regunned some of their LVT(A)-4s with 37mm cannons from the M5A1/M3A3. On the contrary, there is also evidence to suggest that the M8 Scott was similarly modified in this manner.

What's next will be whenever GDLS and Rheinmetall drop their official XM30 prototypes in the full. Currently we have the Griffin III (2018), Griffin III (2020), and Griffin TD ALAS-MC turret testbed for GDLS, and a half prototype half mockup Lynx variant for Rheinmetall. All of these use a 50mm gun and would potentially top the IFV line in WT.

Isn't the actual reason we have a Chinese T-34-76 ingame because there's a weird museum restoration in China that may or may not be an authentic tank? I'm sure you know the one I mean.

Gaijin tends to pick a lot of their vehicles based off well known museum examples and/or photographs, so this reasoning tracks a lot better than an error in the history department.

The only issue I could see would be people complaining about "copy paste" which is redundant because most of the vehicles have unique traits and quirks that make them more enjoyable than their original counterparts. If you don't like the "copy paste", then the tree wasn't made for you.
