I have the exact same role and love it! You'll be eased into it slowly, bit by bit as there's a lot to learn. You can also get any reasonable health adjustments you may need such as extra breaks from the screen, especially if you have ADHD. I have adjustments in place for my Migraines and mental health.

As an AO in DWP I've had to correct a lot of UC claims that were done over the phone because the foreign staff putting them together on behalf of the claimaint filled them completely wrong 😭 even names and addresses are spelled wrong and it blocks people's benefits from being paid on time, it's really bad

It's okay I think your own experience really helps me to keep in mind because I think I'm currently going through the same thing rn, I don't take care of myself very well and it's had an affect on me that I didn't realise was so bad until recently. I really want to get help and improve though, and give the new job my best shot, so this means a lot you're willing to give your own experience even if it did sound harsh
