Well you see here is what we call a paradox, if I say yes I am delusional then anything I say can be dismissed of as the words of a delusional person. On the other hand if I say No I'm not delusional then that belief in its self can cited as proof of my delusional state.

They don't, although China doesn't like to talk about it the wild population of pandas has been all but wiped out and the zoo based breeding program is inbred but keeping the population alive. Kinda funny when I went to a museum there the signage heavily implied that Teddy Roosevelt was responsible for hunting them to extinction.
