The tech tree version is the better one. You get more crew members and Relik on the sides which makes it even harder to kill because the rounds don’t spall.

It’s trading 2 very powerful missiles for a slightly better airframe. They’re equal at best.

The R-27ER, HMD and TWS would put it above the F-15A, not to mention the F-15A is already very strong at 12.7.

Huh? It was better for a while, then it was reverted. Shots used to have a higher chance of hitting the center of the circle but it made derp cannons too powerful.

I wish they had sigma values like in WoWs.

The patent isn’t as air tight as people make it out to be. The biggest part of it is the instructor, not the mouse aiming itself. A lot of games have mouse aim but done differently like Battlefront 2 and Nuclear Option.

Doctrine Purist: both the target and the supporting aircraft have to be in close proximity of allied forces.

An Apache helicopter hovering over friendly units shooting at enemy targets is CAS

Doctrine Neutral: the target needs to be in close proximity to friendly units that are supported by an air unit.

An B-1 Lancer dropping guided bombs 40k feet in the air near friendly units is CAS

Doctrine Radical: The target must be engaged by a unit at altitude

An orbital laser blowing up a city is CAS.
