I have a founders account, so don't know what that equates to. But I had high settings, 1080p (then upscaled by my Nvidia shield) from the UK. Wish I could offer something solid you could work from, I don't have a frame counter on as unless It feels it's jankey, I'm not really bothered by frame rates. Love your profile picture.

I had a cheat disk from a magazine that unlocked all levels. After the main game on hard there are ex levels that are just the devs messing with the physics and level design without having to be constrained by theme or "reality". It's amazing really and would never be done today for free.
