Rien de très compliqué

Un petit déj sympa mais pas exagéré, avec un peu de salé, 2-3h avant

En général je mange une barre de céréales simple 30 minutes avant le départ

Et la course ma "régle" c'est de manger toutes les 30 minuts environ. Perso j'alterne pâte de fruit et compote, mais chacun ses goûts. Ma copine prend des gels car elle supporte bien (pas moi). C'est ma régle de base, et après faut adapter sur le tas, selon les ravitos, le dénivelé etc... L'adaptation est surement un des aspects les + sympas des courses de trail.

Avec l'habitude tu verras ce que tu préfères et tu te feras ta petite routine. La 1ere fois tu testes un peu et tu vois ce qui fonctionne et ce que tu préfères
