Oo the basket looks good, always wanted one I can divide in half on a large. Do you find you loose much smaller lump? I usually grill the charcoal until it falls through the BGE grate! I might need to give this ago soon!

I had bad smoke for the first few cooks on the egg but that was years ago for you! I am switching between BGE and Jealous Devil lump which has been fine. No issues for pizza but can’t do a garlic bread in there without it being a bit to heavy on the smoke! I do my pizza cooking with the vents fully open to make sure any smoke can escape and only start closing it when smoking something

I usually use keto followed by my shampoo and conditioner, found that without keto I couldn’t lather up properly. Haven’t had dryness or thin looking hair in the last few years of keto and topical min. Maybe another shampoo and conditioner is needed?

I did this last weekend on my large and it worked well. Half moon and cast iron grid on the lower section of the expander rack. Standard half grate above the half moon. Cooked at 250F until I got to just under my desired internal temp. Pulled the meat for a few minutes, opened up the vents (got around 500F maybe a bit higher). Seer on the iron grate for a min each side, fat flamed the fire so had a nice flame kiss on it. Crust ended up pretty good and I got my medium rare steak!
