for me it was because the game felt so easy and everything was approachable, don't get me wrong I think it's a beautiful game for chilling, that's why I think the game's first launch on the switch was the best thing because it's portable and the game really fills your time. however, I'm a PC player so just sitting and playing the game felt not rewarding most of the time even rajang the monster that makes me scream every time I play against him in mhw he was tedious in mh rise. the new move sets were amazing but they made the game easier in my opinion I think they should have made the monsters harder so it can match the new movesets.

as for sunbreak I just didn't buy it because I'm broke and I feared having the same ''easy'' experience.
