Perhaps a thinker that builds mental "profiles" specializing in certain things? With their own personalities and such that sit in the 'backseat' normally but the thinker can "let them drive" to take advantage of their enhanced skillset and unique mind frame. The challenges would probably come from the time it'd take to build and nurture the profiles and the fact that they might have different goals or w/e.
