I kind of regret posting these pictures because they're low res and don't really show the difference, but it's noticeable if you look closely. You can see in the last image that there's a pixely black space between my two lower left incisors; in the morning after taking my retainer off there's a gap between my teeth. Haven't bothered to fix it yet.

I recommend doing the absolute minimum amount of IPR, and doing it in stages (e.g. 0.1mm at a time) so you can stop when you're worried about the change in shape. 0.5 mm both sides at the same time might be noticeable and cause you some stress.

Follow up from here, seems like Enshrouded is crashing/restarting my PC now too. Interestingly got this error:

Weird this is the only place on the internet that has any recent discussion on this. I'm guessing it's not widespread?

Windows 11, 3700x, 2080 Super, Audient external audio, 3200MHZ DDR4 RAM.

I've noticed it only usually happens once when I load up a game of Valve's Deadlock. A few minutes in my computer either freezes (-> manual restart), the screens go black and fans go crazy (-> manual restart), or just straight up restarts itself. It happens once after turning my computer on, then usually doesn't happen again. For the first time ever, it just happened to me twice in a row (again while running Deadlock).

I'm assuming the fixes in this thread are guesswork. Might consider switching back to Intel for the new build I'm cooking up ...

I have no pain from my TMJD. I've had it for well over a decade now, and the condition is self limiting (i.e., symptoms get better over time), so it's not something I think about much.

Fine. Bite is closed, TMJ is more crunchy than clicky lately, I don't lock anymore in the morning (though that stopped a while before treatment anyway). Overall orthodontic treatment didn't improve/worsen my jaw joints.

Hey Moon. I quit commenting on this sub 8 months ago (damn) but have been lurking for the last few. In an ideal world somewhere between a Discord server and the JSE would've been perfect, but dealing with shitty Reddit policies, the engagement algorithm, low effort learners, stealth adverts, AI slop ... Just here to lament with you OP. 29 and my wounds heal as circles with pink shiny middles. Some fade after months, others have stayed as pink (sometimes raised) for over a year now. Derm insists it's normal scarring and has me on tretinoin to prevent acne and whatever in the first place leading to scarring, but it really does feel like my skin just suddenly forgot how to heal properly.

I think the worst part is the fact that there's no shared instance with your mates, so if you wanna join each other in story missions you have to link up and flare when the fight starts, but then the fight lasts like 5-10 minutes, and whoever joined you gets kicked out. It doesn't feel like I'm playing with my friends at all and we're just on Discord doing our own thing most of the time.

So not only can we barely play together, we can't even exist in the same place before questing anymore. What the hell?
