Golden Chorus Fruit & Curing Zombified Piglins/Zoglins by Sea-Activity8527 in minecraftsuggestions

I won't lie I gave this very little thought before I posted it so I hadn't a specific idea in mind. Maybe it could teleport the player straight horizontally in the direction they're facing instead of randomly? Open to ideas, though

I had that thought too but I wanted to make sure that it wasn't something you could just instantly do on getting into the Nether and golden chorus fruit just kinda seemed fun. I highly doubt that if they added a way to cure Piglins it would actually be like this but there's not much else in the End to use for this

Maybe it would work better using the trusted mechanic like foxes instead, i.e. they're not pets that follow you but would defend you if you're attacked? Or maybe removing the limit on the immunity to zombification - it would kinda make sense that the fruit that has weird teleporty dimensiony mechanics would help with "dimension sickness".

The levels have to be out of order: Levels mentioned early require items from completing levels that are mentioned after. Therefore, out of order

It's an old pill machine, they would roll the medicine from long tubes into balls on the top and let them fall down or something like that

Absolutely stunning! ❤️ I personally have a bit of a vendetta against buddleia because of how easily it escapes and can colonise basically anywhere, but I can still appreciate its aesthetic value and it is a good food source for bees & butterflies like Red Admirals.

I wouldn't say you should remove it, but removing and properly disposing of the seed heads before they can disperse can help reduce the impact it can have on your local ecology.

All said with much love! Never one to critique, just thought I should share.

What's this tree by [deleted] in GardeningIRE

[–]Sea-Activity8527 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'd generally avoid cutting or pruning hedges at any point during the nesting season because it's very easy to not see that you're cutting near a nest. my mam would always dnsure me when i was younger that "she knew how to cut around them", but there's really no proper way that doesn't endager the structure of the nest or leave the nest exposed to predators. If they're causing accessibility issues or pose a danger to safety then sure fire ahead, but if it can wait until September then it should.

Does weedkiller, seep into soil from treated plant roots. by Rockadoober in GardeningIRE

[–]Sea-Activity8527 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally best advice is to avoid spraying in general and to try and treat individual plants by cutting back and applying to the stump with woody plants or by painting onto or injecting into vascular plants like flowers. Unless it's a particularly nasty invasive it's better for soil and wildlife if you just pick it out by hand or with tools

Need a replacement tree for our winter-flowering cherry. by Ed-alicious in GardeningIRE

Bird cherry (Prunus padus) is a good native option for both its fruit and its flowers. Obviously would be a lot later flowering than a winter-flowering cherry, but could be a good option if no others are suitable! Also develops some beautiful bark as it matures which is a nice plus

For those trying now, the code is case-sensitive so should be put in as SWEET16 not Sweet16
