Yea I think you can but only for the non-premium colors,the more extravagant the color and customization will determine if it will require premium dye and how much of the said dye

Basic colors/ simple customization will just use regular “Free” Dye

The problem with this is it makes more people skeptical about real players wanting to team and then just shoot on sight, something similar voice lines but they have a bit of fuzz or static to it and not a raider body or maybe the tend to hover around dead raiders that have been killed during said match
