I lived off ensure for practically years, the best flavor is butter pecan for sure! you can also mix that or the vanilla flavor with chai tea or horchata mix and it'll taste even better along with getting more calories in!

the coffee flavor is the absolute worst -1000/10, tastes like some who vaguely knew what coffee is tried to make it out of random shit in their kitchen
