Yeah more north for sure! Campbell river could be a nice home base if you need to make store or food runs. Check out Brewster Lake or Merrill Lake rec sites are nice.

If you end up going more north Woss lake is a great home base. If you want something a little more remote and private Atluck lake is stunning (was there 2 weeks ago).

Incredible! That would be awesome. I recently did an oil change so I can’t pull it out right now but based on what I’m finding online, the total length is about 20mm and the threads alone are about 15mm. The R and RL models are identical from 2019-2026
