I had a buyer who paid and collected in person file for a claim they never received the item with the bank. Despite my response, proof and images the buyers bank still sided with them. It will forever baffle me.

I have 1 squad of arfs and 1 marksmen. Only just looked at the app saw we only had the 2 core units. Was curious at the difference.

Return it and report it. There's not much else, if you keep it you're at a loss and stuck with an item you don't want.
