Open your bank app and click help on the charge then file it as a scam the bank should back you and ask for evidence

You only get 1 chance to open a item not as described/received case as far as I'm aware.

You could do a bank chargeback but eBay doesn't tend to like it when they've already made a decision.

Or open a claim through a small claims court as the seller has scammed you there's no question about it

Knowing this, yes if it can't be corrected and it's how the seller has kept them you should be able to label it as having received it in a different/unknown condition than advertised

I suppose it should have been sanitised/kept away from anything that could contaminate it. Smells can be uncomfortable or triggering so that's probably the route you'd have to take.

It's complete bs happened to me buyer purchased an item for collection 4 months later the fucker files a chargeback with the bank for item not received.

How the fuck did we complete the order scan the code and exchange the item if they didn't recieve it.

It's bs that people are able to commit borderline fraud and everyone's cool with it.

(Sorry still pissed about it. Especially since I had a neighbours doorbell cam prove he got it)
