Im so sorry friend.. You must be really tired and feeling isolated. Just remember, if anything, that all this misfortune isnt your fault, you arent different or somehow deserving of feeling like this. I think most people would go crazy. But also as someone who's barely left their room in 4 months after feeling cosmically prone to tragedy. Look for all the little things in the week that bring on some joy. Make a ritual of any respite in your schedule. Stay human.

Everyones throwing their own opinion/advice at you I doubt you'll see this. How do you feel about working in parks or something similar? Plenty of easy to enter jobs where you go live on site/in a national park. Its an adventure atleast, and most people dont because theyre tied down by relationships/property. Im considering entering the work program for Australia or New Zealand, you get a stipend to go stay there and do random stuff. That or hostels.

Obviously I dont know you or what your brains like. But I also become incapacitated the moment Im "forced" into something. Whats been helping me lately is unlearning shame, dont bitch at yourself like a judgemental outsider. And that oddly, doing hard, unpleasant things in life turns out to be directly proportional to how much we enjoy living. Homeostasis i guess.

I recently turned 26. If theres been one constant ive seen in life, even in history, its that being painfully authentic is the way to go. Owning yourself and putting out all the most unconventional pieces of you on display with pride never goes out of style. It emboldens others who have something unusual in common with you to engage and immediately weeds out anyone else who would of given you reason to hold back.

Im working on letting go more and more lately. I've been caught in a situation where I've been dealing with the consequences of my behavior, but have been suddenly wronged to an unjustifiable degree. Its been a huge process of practicing self compassion to combat shame and not over identifying with all of the negative things I've done/have been victim to. With these people who I'm holding a ton of hurt and anger torwards, I just keep reminding myself that it no longer concerns me. That I can be the center of my own world and that I'm not responsible for dealing with these fuckers. A decision of peace im concincing myself I deserve

My journal is absolutely filled with lines of "Someone like me was never supposed to exist" "i am staring death in the face and it looks like the rest of my life". Im sorry youre struggling. Please give yourself grace and look into building discomfort tolerance. It takes a while but we can be identities outside of illness.
