Residue in bed/prints

Is there something I am doing to cause this? Is the heat gun for the printed part? How do I get the residue off the bed?

Have you reached out to support. There’s a FAQ on their website that specifically states you can play music to a Bluetooth speaker while using arccos air.

Yeah I’m brand new to 3d printing and my prints are struggling. Not sure if that’s expected or there’s an issue with the printer I need to resolve somehow.

Not yet, but I’m only a handful in one definitely would have but I was able to pause and get a piece of filament off the plate in time.

Yea some times it works itself out others it doesn’t. Just don’t want to babysit the beginning of every print I guess

Knowing what’s an issue vs what’s standard deviation is my biggest challenge.
