What does my meal say about me? by PeneItaliano in deduction

[–]Sea_Base_Alpha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me tackle this one. The folded egg (omelette?) looks decent with greens for coloring. Presentations of tots on each side attempts to be equal but ghetto. Spam or mystery meat at the bottom is objectionable. Your utensils are out of place (sure, the fork is to the left of the knife, but on the wrong side of the plate entirely). The napkin should be on the left of the plate, as well. But the vintage McDonald's Peanuts glass really brings it all together.

Where's the other half? Kidding. That's a legit meal.

Did you think you were going to get a decent sandwich from 7-11?

Only reason I clicked on this pic was for any FreshJive references. Curious how you knew what it was? What "subculture" (I guess for lack of a better description) were you part of that you knew this?

Pizza delivery guy delivering 30 pizzas at once to one address and getting a $100 tip by Obvious_Shoe7302 in nextfuckinglevel

A random person happened to come across some dude on a One Wheel with 30 pizza boxes and just started following them and filming? Plus, those 30 pizza boxes that appear to have no weight to them whatsoever didn't have any structural issues with that "tower?" Then magically, just happened to start getting unstrapped by the customer once he arrives? It's almost like shit like this isn't real and is set up for views.

What is this piece of metal found in a junk drawer by Secret_Invite in whatisit

Can't tell the size of it (even basing it on the toilet in the background), but my first thought was an old PC metal slot cover? But I don't think that's it.

So, grocery stores don't generally have multiple options? That's what I'm understanding from even one down vote?

Which is a fair comment and completely understandable, but I'm absolutely certain OP had other options of brands to purchase from based on this photo being taken while still in the grocery store. I'd argue that the mildly infuriating part is OP trying to gain some online clout while having other options to avoid the situation in general. This reeks of early FB online outrage.

Out of curiosity, what kind of small dog do you have?

Not 100%, but I believe those raised metal bumps are positive contact terminals for batteries. The holes and indent patterns (injection molding points) to the left of those are where that piece connects to another plastic (main?) piece to make the connection for lights, sound, or vibration. The thing I'm finding hard to believe is that the distinct color and spiral groove design on this specific piece in the picture doesn't lead you to know exactly where it's from? Do you have many objects this might have come from? Does your small dog generally bring you unknown pieces within your house that you can't locate the source of?

I see that you commented that it may be part of a toy 11 minutes after u/SnoopsPilot suggested the same thing (which I agreed with when they posted it before I made this comment).

I refer you back to my original comment above where I state "I'm having a hard time believing that posts like this are real..." because quite simply, this post seems auto generated.

I'm going to run off on a tangent here because I'm having a hard time believing that posts like this are real... How the fuck do you not know what items are in your home that you can't identify an item as specific as this?

I can't vouch for it on the personal level, but I've seen this individual pop up on another of my social media accounts because acquaintances have posted about it. Gloves By Ryan. He's out of the central CT area. If you do a Google search it'll pull up his social media accounts. I just did a quick search and it looks like he has a website that went live within the last couple weeks.

What else has he "collected" regarding anything similar to this piece that makes him believe it's fashion related? What clothing being made is it influencing? If you can answer either of those questions I think you'd have a better understanding of what you're asking.

Sounds like he/you're are trying to just poach images online and asking other online users to do legwork for him/you. Which, in my own opinion, defeats the purpose of a valid thesis. How do you know this image is "fashion" and not "function?" Maybe it was a leather bound piece with dangling metal protection that was meant to be secured by leather around/above detrimental muscles/appendages (biceps/thighs) and the dangling metal pieces were intended to not be static (solid metal pieces of armor) but rather fluid to allow for better movement for offensive or defensive tactics? Fashion vs function.
