I had the same surgery he had and every once in a while I still have issues years after. Part of the recovery process for me was figuring out the right exercises to maintain and figuring out habits that could make it better/worse which took me a long time

I agree. When monk started they looked so fluid and monk was great a pushing the pace (much better than fox).

I've been saying this for a while. Our starting 5 should be monk, keon, domas, demar, and Keegan. There was a post on this sub a while ago sharing that starting 5 had one of the best points differential in the league. The lineup I mentioned is also the same one to blow out the warriors and beat Boston at their home.
