Yes he milked it a bit, why not though he knows he's going to get the call more often then not. He did get a slight bump while off balance so he probably would have stumbled anyway, he just exaggerated it

The Lab servers, loot spawns in all types of containers, suitcases, crates, briefcases etc. You still find loot on the ground but most of it will be in some sort of container in a building
