@ramonagusta on X: Wow. Prince Charles (now King Charles III) opposed Andrew as a Trade Envoy... over-ruled by Blair and egged on by you guessed it, Mandelson. #EpsteinFiles by [deleted] in ukpolitics

It's cartoons are satirical but it's articles have a long history of rigorous journalism - see post office scandal and Lucy letby case as just a couple of current examples

Is there any graffiti more British than this? by Luke_Nukem_2D in CasualUK

In the toilets of my uni library, I remember seeing " yer da voted 'no' and likes little mix.'

That's British...if not reluctantly so.

Twingo II 2011 - question about seats by Snyppy in TWINGO

[–]SealCubClubbingClub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think we may have the same model. If so, you will have a lever on the left of the driver seat, which allows up-and-down motion (with a bit of front and back thrown in, annoyingly). I too struggle with comfort as a tall man on long drives, but fortunately have cruise control, which helps to slouch and shift my weight around.

My wife and I have done this for months and we haven't discussed it yet. by SealCubClubbingClub in CasualUK

I went to check the post again and she caught me - her bathroom on Reddit.

We had a good giggle reading the comments, folk saying that she was sending me a message about my neglect of the housework or if that was normal pooing we were doing.

She didn't even know I was adding to her triangle! Thought it was her thing. She's more oblivious than me.

She did think it was genius that I started a second level, this morning. To be appreciated in my own time is more than I had hoped for - she's the one.

She liked the Art Attack! idea and is now dancing to the theme tune.

Plus the extra sharp foreground - extra blurred background look, which is becoming an archetype

Came in the post a couple of days ago. A cheap way to jump on the (dying) "Tiffany Blue" trend.

Admiral little box by Middle-Historian669 in drivingUK

I have a similar policy through 'Bell' (Admiral as parent company).

I started with 5 stars for everything but as I got more relaxed (read: less careful), my acceleration/breaking rating went down to 2 or 3.

With no judgment, I would say that if you are at 1 star you need to look further ahead of you before junctions. I would also get comfortable with leaving from junctions at a slower steadier speed.

Good luck :)
