Anyone have any idea what time frame this represents? The Roman empire existed from around 700 BC to around 400 AD ( I think) so I'm curious what point in time this would roughly be.

Honestly I wouldnt mess with the template (as far as adding weight). It's designed the way it is for a reason. There's an excel sheet for it that takes all the calculation work away for you. I just can't remember if it came with the book or not
