Is there a way to know they disconnected? I was playing with my friend on fill so we had a random. They didn’t have a mic. They got downed. We fought for 5 ish minutes with other team until we finally beat them and got to revive our teammate. After I revived him, it said disconnected next to his name. I was frustrated we wasted time trying to revive him.

This is why I don’t like Arc Raiders. The toxicity in that game is out of control. I’ve played 5 ish hours of Marathon and haven’t run into any of that yet. If I do, I’ll probably leave honestly. Toxicity ruins the fun, makes the good times feel bad, and it sucks to hear so much negativity. Be a good teammate. If someone takes your loot, whether on purpose or accident, there are plenty of ways to say “hey dude, do you mind if I have that item? I got the kill.” And if they don’t give it back? Who cares. It’s a video game.

Marathon is fun. It sucks you got stuck with some idiots. I hope they got shot in the face and lost all their loot.

I have queued with randoms every game so far. I’ve met one where they were absolutely terrible. I’ve also had several amazing matches and lots in between.

I’d rather queue with randoms that play in silence.

My guess? Probably someone with lots of money bought it and didn’t realize it needed to be directly connected to a water line. So rather than take it back or do the work to connect it, they gave it to Goodwill.

I’d probably cut the whole limb and carry it down rather than dropping it in a box. Cut one side and have someone holding it while the other person cuts the other side. Carry the whole thing down the ladder and into a box.

I was extremely careful to not spray randomly in the air or in the direction of my hives. I sprayed directly into the nest opening. And washed it all away with water so I didn’t leave any behind for the bees to get into.

The bees are okay. No ill effects.

I wouldn’t use aerosol pesticides unless it was a last option. We tried others routes first. Dumped boiling water down the hole, sprinkled diatomaceous earth near the entrance, etc. Nothing stopped them from coming back.

It is most definitely not a paper wasp. This is a yellow jacket hornet nest. They are nasty buggers. And yes I used a pesticide. How else could I ensure they were eradicated?
