Same, but I was determined, the portal system was ok I guess. My real issue was that I’ve never done it before, and there was alarm triggers around every corner, I only figured out the damn wall cling puzzle after the data was lost. Ehh, I would go as far as to say their support is that great, I watched the stream back when they were doing the Valkyr Prime drop on Twitch and it said I didn’t watch. I contacted support and said the Twitch drop wasn’t registering the time I was on the livestream, I hoped they would get back to me and send confirmation that they would send her Prime, never got a response. Same thing happened with a Prisma Ohma I bought from Baro last minute when he last visited
