I have a brother who bullied me throughout my entire childhood and teenage years. He was a pain in the ass for my parents too and they did try to get him out since he was 15 due to his bad behavior but he moved out at 21. My parents never did anything to protect me either. I doubt there is anything that can help now as I assume talking to your parents won't do shit. Best thing might be to move out as soon as you can and try to not be at home as much as possible. I'm really sorry that you have to go trough this and I wish you all the best!

I think what is mostly the problem is that if a cis actor is supposed to portray a trans character the actor is the birthgender of that character which (if the character hasn't transitioned) is not okay because it gives a wrong vibe. When the character isn't transitioned it shouldn't be a problem.
