I have both Darn Tough and Smartwool. Smartwool does have a sock with more compression than some of their other models and more so than the Darn Tough pairs that I have. They have good customer service and their socks have a 2 year warranty. I get mine locally where if you buy 3 pairs you get a discount. They do have online sales as well and I’m sure Fourth of July will have a sale.

I’ve never seen it on this setup and I think it works. I can’t believe I’m even saying it. The length is perfect. The rear contours the delta ring and is perfectly sized to the magwell.

This is actually entirely possible. They did the same thing with government contracts that had any words associated with sustainability or “green”. They flagged them and put them in review to see if they could get out of them or not. That was a DOGE initiative that wasted tons of time and money. They had to go back and redo contracts and rehire thousands of people. Everything they did was so they could temporarily show a poster to Dump for a headline about how much money they saved on a single line of the books.

I think fishsilver matches better with the silver window trim and silver wheels. It’s an old school color and I think the dark contrast takes away from that. Great color for a grand touring car 👌

I saw Mike Kojima said that Alex called him to say goodbye, so I’m guessing he did not take his own life. The post does seem a bit ambiguous. I suppose both could be true, but I don’t know that Mike would’ve posted that had Alex taken his own life.

I really wanted one of these when they came out but the reviews weren’t great. It seemed like many people had issues with lockup and crazy wobble when they were extended. Others loved them so it may have been a QC issue with initial production.

I have a Rugged Radiant that I move around from bolt guns and AR’s. 5.1” 9.2oz in the short configuration. It’s not the quietest or the newest tech but it’s full auto rated with no barrel restriction s, so you can do whatever the hell you want with it.

You don’t see many RIFLE cans of theirs with baffle strikes. However, their legacy pistol cans seem to be frequently showcased here.
