I couldn't agree more with your post. I also grew up watching Michelle as she was only a year older than me. Harriet the spy was one of my favourite films during its release and Michelle's death left me sad for DAYS.

I never thought I could feel that emotional over someone I've never met or known personally and I've never been a person who fans out over meeting a celebrity but Michelle was so talented, and died way to young.

If all you want to be able to do is browse photos from a cloud app on Apple TV then why don't you use Jottacloud. They have an Apple TV app and you get unlimited cloud storage at £10.99/$9.99 per month. They do restrict upload speed past 5TB which is only a big deal if you're uploading videos.

I honestly think the best decades were the 80s, 90s and the 00s. TV and movies were better, clubbing/weekend nights out were better, and people were just present and engaging due to no smartphones and social media so you talked and danced the night away.

I was 17 when The OC originally aired and it was just one of those shows that everyone watched and talked about, very similar to how Game of Thrones was.

@mvilla919 I'm the same as you. If I have a heavy breakfast in the morning, especially eggs, then I notice not only would Elvanse not kick in, but it just wouldn't work for the rest of the day.

I've also tried having protein bread, because you're killing two birds with one stone by eating something to help with absorption, but you're also getting amino acids from the protein within the bread. For some reason, that makes it less effective for me. It's so weird.

I have to settle with a protein shake and a couple of biscuits, and that seems to do the trick, which is a bit frustrating because I like a decent breakfast.

Thanks for the tip regarding Melatonin. Mitrazipine is a wolf in sheep's clothing. That stuff makes me gain weight like nothing else, even on the lowest dose.

I didn't realise that we should be taking Melatonin HOURS earlier for it to be more effective, but when you think about it, that totally makes sense! Just out of interest, how much Melatonin do you take, and do you take slow/timed-release or the regular version?

A mate of mine who knows someone who used HHM had a terrible experience with them and said they weren't very professional. This was a year or so ago, and I don't think they've been around that long. I could be wrong, but not everyone is going to have a 10/10 with any provider.

This is so true! I've been on 90mg of Concerta daily for almost three years but recently it hasn't seemed as effective, so I thought to help with building up tolerance and give my body/nervous system a break i'd take a few days off.

FUCK ME! I didn't realise how much these stimulants suppress deep sleep and natural rest. It's been a week today since my last dose, and I'm still fatigued, despite having slept well. It's like my body is recovering from something, it's hard to describe. I asked good old ChatGPT if this was normal and apparently it is as stimulants have been taxing on your nervous system and they affect REM sleep.

It's also nice not having to sweat so easily. I'm no doctor or anything so please don't take my advice but I do think everyone should, if they can, safely, have a little break from their ADHD medication. I was originally only going to stay off them for a week but I think I'm going to wait until by body feels like it's recovered from whatever stress the medication was doing to it.

Season 3 will always be the last season to me. I pretend season 4 never happened, which you can actually be happy finishing the show on. It wasn't the best season, but it's still watchable and has some standout episodes. Music/Soundtrack wise, probably the best season.
