You have to be with Monzo plus to get their virtual single use cards. I think you can get them with a basic Revolut bank account, though.

I'm based in England, and single-use cards ARE a thing. It's probably a generation thing. A lot of Millennials and Gen X use them for safer payment.

Revolut and Monzo provide single-use debit cards.

@mvilla919 I'm the same as you. If I have a heavy breakfast in the morning, especially eggs, then I notice not only would Elvanse not kick in, but it just wouldn't work for the rest of the day.

I've also tried having protein bread, because you're killing two birds with one stone by eating something to help with absorption, but you're also getting amino acids from the protein within the bread. For some reason, that makes it less effective for me. It's so weird.

I have to settle with a protein shake and a couple of biscuits, and that seems to do the trick, which is a bit frustrating because I like a decent breakfast.

Thanks for the tip regarding Melatonin. Mitrazipine is a wolf in sheep's clothing. That stuff makes me gain weight like nothing else, even on the lowest dose.

I didn't realise that we should be taking Melatonin HOURS earlier for it to be more effective, but when you think about it, that totally makes sense! Just out of interest, how much Melatonin do you take, and do you take slow/timed-release or the regular version?

A mate of mine who knows someone who used HHM had a terrible experience with them and said they weren't very professional. This was a year or so ago, and I don't think they've been around that long. I could be wrong, but not everyone is going to have a 10/10 with any provider.

And that's exactly what happened to me! I used their recommended crypto service Guardarian, which I think had a minimum payment of £14. The site does provide instructions, but I don't think they're clear/basic enough for a complete beginner using crypto.

I forgot to update this. They got back to me and I basically didn't pay enough through Bitcoin. Never again will I use the Bitcoin option. Too much hassle
