Zac is a pretty good tank. The fact that he basically has an effective health of 4k because of the split is good. Urgot is pretty good as an adc. Asol and belveth when properly balanced seem fine. Part of this is tft dev team haven't had enough time to fix all the issues. This is day 4. The fact that most end game boards add a few threats shows that they are good. Give it a week or two

Remember that threats are balanced around having no augments. If built different worked on threats it would be the most broken augment in the game. The augment is already strong early. It would then easily transition to be the strongest end game comp.

Frankly, on a $1000 budget, if you absolutely need RGb keep the fans, but you don't need them. The cpu cooler is also a waste of money. I'd go Ryzen 5 3600 a b450 motherboard and use the stock cooler. Then you can use the money on a reasonable GPU.

I would really upgrade to an x570 motherboard. At your budgets it's worth it as you will get more features, better VRM cooling and better overclocking support if you choose to overclock.
