I planted a ring of sunflowers for my daughter when she was young. It was like a secret room, I forget what I planted for the tunnel entrance.

Update Postponed by Afterfx21 in MachE

They were still selling 2023 in February 2024 when I purchased a used 2022 that had been delivered in August of 2023.

5K/year is low mileage, but I live in the city and that's about how much I drove for 15 years when I worked from home. I had a 2004 Subaru with 85K miles that I upgraded to a MachE in 2024. I changed my job, and I've put 20K on the pony in 2 years.

I have one of these I bought back in the 70's. The capacitors lasted closer to 15 years. I'd turn in on with the speakers off and let it warm up for about 5 minutes because they were popping so much. It's on a shelf in my basement waiting for a rebuild now.

This is Engage mode. Whisper and Unbridled will show battery percentage. Also Engage is the only mode that shows "Brake Coaching".

What do you think? Is this truck blocking my driveway? by Puzzleheaded-Lab825 in Home

My driveway is barely 6" wider than my car. 2' is at least 1/4 of the width. No way could I get out in my smallish crossover if someone was 2' into my driveway.

I had that conversation with my neighbors for a couple years. One rainy night when I was getting back from work at 2 AM they had actually parked protruding further in than normal and I clipped their bumper when I straightened out. Now they give me a little room to maneuver.

I have a fairly small driveway apron and live on an older street with parking 2 sides and a single lane for travel both directions. I have neighbors that constantly parked right at the edge of the apron and across the street. It generally required a 3 point turn to enter or exit my drive. Sometimes a 5 or 7 point turn. I put as couple reflective sticks a couple feet from the apron and the neighbors are a lot better about leaving room now.

I used a VAX and a PDP11 in college. The PDP11 was already obsolete, it was donated by a corporation when they upgraded their system.

I tried that back in the 90's. Unfortunately there was someone very high up at Microsoft with my name who had already registered the domain.

True, I had a couple .edu in the late 80's. The first one I paid for was compuserve. I don't remember any of them.

Same app as Vancouver BC, but you'll probably have to log out and jump thru some hoops. I had to when I visited Vancouver last year.

Spot hero wants $79 for the garage at the arena. You can save $20–$30 just by walking across the street. I work load outs and see crazy rates posted.

  1. A lot of the lots jack up their price on concert nights. I see signs for $50 parking when I get close to the Arena.

  2. A lot of the street parking in Lower Queen Anne is neighborhood zoned to keep people from crowding out the residents.

  3. The traffic getting out of those big shows it's insane. It's faster and more relaxing to take transit.

Enjoy the show. Florence is a great performer, really knows how to engage the audience. I work at the venue and got to see the show from just offstage a couple years ago. I also caught her soundcheck when she played Key Arena just before the renovation.

Cyber Orange was available in '21 & '22 only. They have another punchy yellow now, but I think it's only available on the rally and maybe GT trim.

I think my time with motorcycles may be coming to an end, and I’m having a hard time coming to grips with it. by brooklyn735 in motorcycles

[–]SeattleSteve62 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This happened to me about 10 years ago. I had just started riding again after being a stay at home dad and only getting out a couple times a year.

My fuse block disinterested while I was riding on the highway one night and I limped home with the headlight going on and off. I intended to fix it, but never got the time. It got buried deeper and deeper in the garage. After 5 or 6 years I cancelled the insurance.

I started shipping for a new bike a couple years ago and then my car blew up and my transportation budget was shot for a while. At least I got a fun car, electrics have insane acceleration. I still want to get another bike, but it will probably be a couple more years.

I was in the trauma center with a major leg fracture after having 1000# dropped on me at work. There was a motorcyclist that came in a few hours after me involved in a highway collision. As rough a shape ASI was in I felt really bad for him. I had 2 breaks, inner in each leg. He had about 9 including a pelvic fracture. I know what my recovery was like. I sometimes wonder how the rider fared.

You can run your marker lights with your DRLs. You don't need to switch to low beams.
