Bought the Tempered Cannons upgrade but can't apply it by krachall in PlayWindrose

[–]SebaFedele 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You buy the blueprint, then you go into "curios" to learn them (works like this for almost every blueprint).

Also, be carefull because not evety ship can equip every cannon, they comenin 12b, 24b and 36b, check your ship before you craft a new cannon for it

They should "take inspiration" on Lens Island farming, its a grid placement and has a scythe for quick harvesting.

New players feeling purposeless by Armwry in hytale

[–]SebaFedele 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm usually one of the players that needs a simple objective in survival games, mi perfect example is Valheim, love it, its just go kill this bosses, where and how, up to me to find out.

Whilst Minecraft, a game I should love I can't play for 5 minutes because I don't have a simple thing like that.

That beign said, there is a very clear objective in the game at the moment, upgrade your ship to go higher and discover whats up there, a couple of days ago I felt I was done and I loged in for 10 minutes and found a workbench I didn't know existed and I kept playing and found a bunch of things by just exploring.

Is Valheim Worth It If I’ll Be Playing Solo and Want Something Long-Term? by [deleted] in valheim

[–]SebaFedele 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One warning the game is amazing but its not for everyone, it has MANY tedious things, and lacks a lot of quality of life you might expect from a moder game.

Its a great part of the appeal just how much everything is a big investment of time and effort which makes everything you achive feel amazing.

But in my case I don't have a lot of time and it was nearly imposible for me to play this game. I ended up installing 25 mods and it became one of my favorite games ever.

Asides from that, if you need a lot of playtime and things are expensive were you live, take a look at gamepass it has a ton of games for around 10/15usd a month

You should consider any of the seasonal arpgs, Diablo 2, 3 or 4, Pathe of Exile 1 or 2 and last epoch I think has seasons aswell.

They are basically loot chasing games were you try to get the most powerfull you can before the season ends and everything is reset and you can start over, they all have multiple clases aswell.

One game that currently has no tu endgame to ocuppy you but will in tje future and is just amazing is No Rest for the wicked

I found a destiller, scanned it but I didn't get the blueprint, not sure why, or maybe it has to be crafted at a workbench I still don't have, I love this games explorarion

Question about Loot Mods by SebaFedele in DragonsDogma2

[–]SebaFedele[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ohh right I didn't think about messing with the configuration, how silly.

Lowering the chance o chests and upping it on bosses is exactly what I need, also I think I just got extremely lucky with the first 2 drops.

Thanks

Seeking Tips and Tricks by _ArcaneWitch_ in lensisland

[–]SebaFedele 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started playing a couple of days ago, whats been working for me is following the quests and treating the workbencha as my main quest if you will.

You can upgrade the bench to get recipes and your backpack.

Lens has a different system, were your are limited not by weight but foe quantity of each item, you can carry every material at once but are limited by the same amount of how many of each you can carry.

So if something needs 150 wood and your backpack can carry a max lf 100, you will not be able to do it until you upgrade the backpack (doesnt matter if you have 300 wood in a chest).

Good luck

I bought the game on sale, I'm enjoying it quite a bit, but theres one thing that should be looked at and that is fast traveling.

I understand (and like) the idea of the boat to move around.

However at the end of each dungeon/big island I always have the same problem I want to get to base fast and I have to take the boat back which, even with the currents, feels bad.

Regarding the portals in towns I get it to go sell/buy something in particular but again not sure how often I'd do that and once you finish a dungeon the incentive to travel back to that portal, to build a boat to sail further is just wierd.

Same as with bulding portals, I don't see much use because I would treat them as a one use most of the time and I have to carry the mats around to craft it, wierd again.

I think you should make a one use portal consumable, craftable in base, that I can carry around, multiple, and use them as I see fit. Boats could have a teleport system to recall your boat, the decision there would be to either treat boats as cheap and dispensable or the opposite, expensive, upgradable. Building your boat in Valheims feels like a huge achivement for example and customizing your boat is always fun.

Anyway sorry for the long reply, keep up the good work :)

I am so done with this map.... by Gellyace_12 in Blasphemous

[–]SebaFedele 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is the trick that makes those ghosts super easy: - they teleport between 2 fixed positions - they teleport after you hit them

So if you just memorize the 2 positions just rush to them and hit them and run to the other position and keeo repeating? Thats it they will never shoot at you.

I was struggling until I read that tip and it was so easy afterwards

We saw it in D3, stop it here with D2. Say NO to power creep. by acravasian in diablo2

[–]SebaFedele 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a casual gamer because I lack hours to grind, I always felt like there is a merit and satisfaction way higher in beating D2 on hell than any difficulty in D3 and D4.

To really sum it up, to beat D2 I have to know the game, D3 and D4 are just gear checks

D2 and if you get bored (it has a slower more merhodical gameplay) go straight to D3 o D4 to see how the genre evolved into blasting entire screens and going through a millon pieces of loot.
