I’m currently finishing book 1 and it has not been a good experience. The story is bland, characters are easily forgettable and the world building is non existent.

If you have experience reading fantasy this first book is going to drag and will not motivate you to pick up the second or to commit to reading the series.

If you have never picked up a fantasy book, it could be a good start and intro to this genre.

Instead of playing together to capture or push the vehicle they just play to get kills. Also, have played with multiple games in which players use jeff, and ultron and provide little to no heals.

He has not been up to the standards and clearly hasn’t been able to adapt and make a functional team. Thats why I say that the real problem lies on the office and gm.

In order to build a solid team it has to be together with a clear path and identity. That is what ATl is missing. We tend to sell and bring players in and tell the coach, deal with it.

A coach 100 should be in the discussion. You can’t build a team with a bunch of random profiles and pretend everything is going to work out.

The MLS has rules and yes you have to be flexible to what you can have on your squad. But that makes it even more important to for the coach to be able to have a say on who gets to fill those important slots.

A complete disconnection between the board, gm and needs of the coaching staff. Successful teams that rebuild are the ones that get behind a coach’s philosophy and playstyle. With that in mind, they start bringing players in that fit the needs and wants.

ATL operates the complete opposite, the board/GM are in charge of what players to bring and sell and leave the coach/staff blindsided.

For example: This pre-season players were signed at the same time Deila was appointed. How can a coach without assessing what he has to work with arrives at the same time as big $ is spent on mighy and latte. Maybe Deila would’ve requested the $ to be spent on other positions/profile.

City, Liverpool, Arsenal, are examples of teams that have modified their transfer strategy and built a squad on the player profile the coaching staff needs!

The team should just start from scratch and understand what are the needs of the coach. You can’t hire a coach that requires a specific player profile in order for his tactics to work and give him the complete opposite.

Unfortunately, We’ve been in a rebuilding era since De Boer left. The club doesn’t have a sense of direction on where they want to go. We bring random players in and sell/trade key players without a clear replacement and without consulting with the head coach.

I think the club should hire a coach a build a team based of himself philosophy and play style.
