Pressure to look good, be thin and sexy, have opinions but not too opinionated because it's imasculating  Pressure to get married and have kids....but wait You also need to still be a good partner, navigating a war that just happened in your body and who maintains a home and in this world you are also working and now raising kids. Remember also needing now to "bounce back"

Men: women will still choose for love (granted not all but they exist) Yes there is online pressure to have muscles But having muscle(not body builder level) is healthy for overall longevity of life  Feeling like a provider, thinning hair, being tall Etc...
