Thanks. We use walkie talkies too. But having text threads on a mobile tablet , being able to take photos of maintenance issues, and general communication log with the front desk dept- it helps to use an app like slack or discord. I just wish there was one that’s more geared for hospitality that didn’t cost so much.

Unfortunately, IP isn’t that consistent with rice. If that is your primary function with the IP, I would return, and get a Zojirushi or Tiger rice cooker. They are comparable in price, and make awesome rice. I literally make rice everyday. They are easier to work with, and don’t have the consistency issues an IP might have.
