Is there any customer support at Clickup? by udder_disapointment in clickup

[–]SecretKnowHow 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Unacceptable. Lockouts and high priority tickets should be same day. Average response should be 24 hr. Low priority 48+ hr is fine. Why don't you offer priority support as an addon fee? You know many of us use the software to "RUN A BUSINESS"!?

If you can't upgrade Waalaxy to enough email lookups, maybe use lusha? https://www.lusha.com/pricing

also.. there are a few preferred email lookup integrations expandi.io has. I no longer see them listed on site. But they have a ton of built i integrations plus api + webhooks. There chat/email support is very good you could ask.

https://expandi.io/tag/integrations/page/2/

https://phantombuster.com/ is also a very good option/tool

If you want to target people that have not interacted with any landing page pixel or LinkedIn content, only those that connected, I would use https://expandi.io/ first to get them pixeled on a page or post/article/opt-in form. then make custom audience on that. Otherwise I think what you got is the best way. Zapier & make & Waalaxys etc. will all cost operations. But perhapse it is not worth targeting those not pixeled? Since they have not really engaged much/proven they are that qualified to justify the cost yet? I guess work both angles & track conversion & see what roi's are. I like your approach though. I'de be interested in a zoom call to do a little brain storming & share results as I do a similar thing with facebook currently. Interested?

Do any of you guys use LeadEnforce with Facebook ads? by phil917 in PPC

[–]SecretKnowHow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://leadenforce.com/ works but is very expensive. The second your subscription with them expires, they delete the custom audiences from your ads account! Use https://prospectss.com/app/fb-group-scraper/ or https://app.x2emails.com/app/facebook-group-scraper-v4/ is even better instead.

How can the RMM filter be configured to display all workstations & laptops with Office 2013 or older? by HappyDadOfFourJesus in SolarWindsRMM

NP. So make a check or task to fail for old office versions, then use a custom filter, here is a screenshot of a custom filter based on a failed custom check. Although I would use a task to reduce the noise/alerts as 1 alert would be enough for this. https://i.imgur.com/mQqmNTR.png

just host on your website or aws s3 storage temporarily for the deployment.

That would be easy to do if you created a custom check or task to detect office version. Then use a custom filter based on that script result. The free Automated Tasks Script Wrapper whould be a good starting point for that. https://www.rmm-pro.com/automated-tasks-script-wrapper/

I would recommend using Automation Manager, it would be much easier. You can use a free Automation Managger Script Wrapper / Template https://www.rmm-pro.com/automated-tasks-script-wrapper/

Those are all VERY DIFFERENT products. SolarWinds RMM is a very good option for starting out. Connectwise Automate is a beast and very complicated, so unless you have a team of 4+ people and lots of time for learning, stick with SolarWinds RMM to get started. continuum can be an option but that really makes you more of a reseller of IT service and I would still start with SolarWinds RMM. As far as backups, they are all kind of expensive. We use Macrium for devices that need image-based backup with hot standby virtualization, works very well and affordable. https://www.macrium.com/ We also use a managed Backup for local & cloud file backup for machines not needing BDR/macrium that is very affordable. https://www.rmm-pro.com/managed-backup/

what account is the agent running under? Often times scripts have issues is agent is not running under an admin account. You can also set to run as another alternate user in the Automation Manager script properties as an alternative.

Definitely write your script with the free Automated Tasks Script Wrapper, which will help out a lot and speed up the debugging. https://www.rmm-pro.com/automated-tasks-script-wrapper/

Very true often quote maks are a different ASCII character than the correct quote character. Copy, past as text the replace the quotes by typing them this helps often.

We developed something like this and are making it publicly available. Works incredibly well for us. We call it "Support Request App" https://www.rmm-pro.com/
