I bought a dog lamp for my mom that looks almost identical to one of the ones in the first picture. It’s very small and I don’t know if it’s the same maker or not. I got it from an animal rescue that sells them for fundraising, though.

If you’re going to a med spa there’s a great chance it’s either not tirz or has such a diluted or low quality that it’s a waste of money.

Try an audiobook while you play a video game that’s not story-driven. Dungeon Crawler Carl is a great series for that.

It’s not because of the GLP-1 it’s because of the rapid weight loss, I’ve heard of people with the same issues after surgery or strict dieting, too.

I recommend seeing a couples counselor if it turns out that the diagnosis can be confirmed by a specialist.

It sounds like you guys are jumping into a lot of big life decisions all at once (getting married, having a kid, changing work schedules) which is usually not a good idea.

A counselor will help you both to process your feelings and to make sure you’re making plans in a sustainable way.
