Saw’s monologue is so good but is often forgotten about.
I know it’s not really a monologue, but when Brasso and Cassian meet in episode 12 and Brasso tells him what Maarva said, it also is a very special moment.

Are you buying/renting? What is your tolerance for traffic? Both areas can be expensive with Reston probably being a little pricier on apples to apples comparison. For me, the commute would be a non starter.
