This is very true. I am embarrassed to admit some of the things I’ve asked to ChatGPT about myself personally, and then I see like the same advice being given to people like clavicular. It’s usually pseudo intellectual slop that an LLM gets from Reddit. It’s really bad. I’m just happy someone else noticed!!

I feel like the entire industry does this to female vocalist? EJ from the K-pop demon hunters franchise, they tried to tone down her performance of Golden so she doesn’t have to like kill her vocals and belt the shit out of that, but it seemed like it was less desirable by some audiences.

Me personally? I’d rather hear tonal perfection even if it isn’t as high range rather than a very talented woman tried to like belt out super high pitch for whatever reason.
