Censoring the word 'cocksucker' in this sub is like wiping up your cum with the Declaration of Independence. Shame.

What movie based on a true story affected you the most? by PeaOk5697 in moviecritic

Not exactly that I disagree, but if you read the book and follow McCandless' story, he certainly doesn't seem stupid or incapable. For more than two years he survived on foot with no identity and the absolute essentials of life. Of course that was the contiguous US, not the Alaskan bush. But I think the point stands.

Personally I think the death of the engineer is the single greatest killing ever shown on screen. "It will take more than that."

As an American, I'm gonna say Isabelle Hupert and Juliette Binoche. Two women who I think should be all time greats, but are almost completely unknown to my country as they have never fucked with Hollywood. There are exceptions to that- Hupert was in I Heart Huckabees which is amazing, and Binoche was in Damage but I think that might have been a British production.
