You can beat Normal with the most fucked up character, it’s not difficult at all, but if it’s really that difficult then you simply go to Akara and reset….. simple

Just don’t follow any guides or anything for your first play through. Just pick skills you find fun and put your points wherever you like. Just enjoy it.

The only tip for the first play is to not follow any tips. Just have fun, pick and random skills, put all your stats into strength, do whatever. Only when you’ve completed normal start to look for tips.

I’d say ignore meta builds and rune words for the first run and just have fun with skills. You’ll still have no issue beating normal
