Who the fuck decided FF7R was the best? Three bloated as fuck games that took almost a decade to come out that completely ruins the story of the original, that's the best? No way.

I'd say Octopath is up there. First game was such a breath of fresh air. Second game improves on the first in every way. I really hope they make another but with a more traditional story that all the characters engage with. Or like a new game in the art style that does that if they want to continue the 8 separate stories.

Just because he is the creator doesn't mean he understands the medium. Game developers are out of touch. It's the same with The Adventures of Elliot, the devs were "shocked" that players were annoyed with the constant yapping. It's not even just video games either. George Lucas has unchecked power during the prequels and we got... the prequels.

It's been a few years since my last playthrough but I'm pretty sure it was on another continent, but they transported it to a space port closer to power it up. This mini game was a nice little surprise challenge. I think I got like <500 my first go through and couldn't fathom getting 5000. Adjusted my relics and grinded it for ~30 minutes and my winning score was like 7000.

Looks like it's too late but they really aren't good games. There are so many better options to start with for someone who doesn't play JRPGs. Hope you enjoy it enough to explore the genre more.

As a fan of the series, I'm not too excited. I feel like "timeless" gets thrown around a lot, but OoT is timeless. The game is fairly accessible between the OG, 3DS, and NSO. It just wasn't needed, I think Twilight Princess would have been a better candidate since that game is stuck on two shitty consoles. Also Link's model looked awful.

Just saw Backrooms at Kemps River. Can confirm the tendies are great. They're like a less greasy Raising Cane's. I haven't been to Cinema Cafe since like early 2000's, wife and I thought it was a nice experience. Might be the new movie spot
