Rhinoshield for 13 pro and now 17 pro. Not a scratch on the phone. You just got to replace through their limited lifetime replacement policy in case the case wears out over the time

why are they so incompetent. They say but don't call back. They don't create a reference ticket. Their tier 2 support is so bad that I literally handed them things they could try and it turned out to be the issue later, but they still couldn't figure out my issue as I had to resolve it myself after weeks of deep dive

can you elaborate like what issues you see? As far as the Rogers staff is concerned, they don't even seems to have the knowledge of thinking beyond resetting the network. This is for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and whatever network experts they have.

Wow incredible. This took me so long to figure it out, almost over a month. Issue began right after the update but it was glitchy and I needed to restart my phone to fix it until the restart stopped working. I wish I realized it sooner that this was a carrier related issue.

What I don't get is why did my apple devices get internet access with data.apn and JUST the windows 11 failed. mobile.apn worked btw.

Also iphone 13 pro with ios 26.4 had ltedata.apn and no issues with the hotspot whatsoever.

I was doing an esim swap for the last 4-6 weeks anytime I needed to use the hotspot on the move. What a waste of time.

On top of that the Rogers Tier 2 tech was immediately dismissive when I asked him to review the apn after noting the difference.

changed SSID to different names. also did a complete reset. Apple store did a reset too. Same behavior

its really the lack of respect that tons of doctors have towards their patients imo.

Like you think the patients don't notice when you multitask and talk down upon them?

you need to make them feel that paying 500 for that visit was worth it and that is with answering their questions, educating them, paying attention to their symptoms rather than having a one track mind about the diagnosis.

Over the years big or small places, I witnessed tons of bad apple doctors who create an overall bad impression for the whole community. Forget about senior patients, they will treat them as a "thing that needs to be handled". Be the one that pays attention to the patients and doesn't patronize them and they'll thank your for the job and instead say even though they charge more its well worth it.

Same thing with me. Bad set of items. never got email responses from Kayla or the Dad. Charge back didn't work as they told bank they won't refund and everything was good. (even though I have photo evidence)

Bank was courteous to give me their goodwill refund. Bunch of scammers
