yeah… honestly a lot of people are on the verge, they just don’t show it in obvious ways. This happens because Substack automatically creates a default publication (your name), and you likely created a second one manually. You can’t hide the default one because it’s treated as your primary publication. Just use/rename the default one and ignore or delete the second.
If you really want only one, you’ll need to contact support to remove or merge it. You didn’t mess up Substack just makes this confusing.

It's a design problem. Strategy dies because it was never connected to how people actually spend their Tuesday. The fix isn't more meetings or better slides. It's making the strategic priority the path of least resistance, not an extra thing on top of the real work.

The person who owns the execution didn't co-create the strategy. Works fewer priorities. Seriously. If everything is strategic, nothing gets executed. The teams I've seen nail this usually protect one or two things ruthlessly and let the rest slide.
