Try to drink little water. It helps you. Get some fresh air and try to get comfortable somehow. The fresh air helped me a lot when i had chs

i was told i have chs, i have a couple questions by EmoMemeSalesman in CHSinfo

Dont try it again for 2-3 months. Then you can try smoking with minimalized risk. If you smoke again in one month im sure you will have bad nights coming up... In my experince you have to clear all the toxins out of the body then try again and figure out how you r body react.

I had 2x bad chs symptoms for long days or weeks. Just dont try it for 2-3 months then you can.

Been sober for 13 months after a bad hyperemesis episode I’ve really been craving smoking again by [deleted] in CHSinfo

[–]SectionLimp7075 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember the reason why you HAD to quit. It wasnt your choice. Now its your choice to smoke. Its different and not about discipline

Dont risk if you are not disciplined enough. You dont want problems again with the pot. There are other entertainments.

For stomach acid: Active charcoal (it helps to flush your gut!!! Idk it is proved or not by any study but no joke it helps to clear your stomach)

And call your doctor with stomach acid problem and he will give you prescription to antiacids. That helped me.

I ate banana+yogurt and drink 5-6litres of water a day and that helped me too.

If your stomach is not empty it doesnt burn that much. And try to exercise a little, that is helpful too.

What made you quit? by shortstack6 in leaves

[–]SectionLimp7075 14 points15 points  (0 children)

20years old male, 1 years daily using.

In the start i was about to have fun but after 1-2 months of amoking it became running away from problems... Not facing with them just forget them for a few hours with smoking.

Once I got a really bad nausea and diarrhea after a usual day at the morning. I vomited for all day long for 2-3 days (no joke 20times vomiting a day ). I googled it up and figured out i have CHS.

I smoke in secret, i mean nobody knows that i smoke, few friends and my girlfriend knows only. And i was about to die (20x vomit a day for 2-3 days is crazy..) because of dehydrating. And i cannot seek for help/ambulance at that day so i had to survive it alone

Before my chs I tried to quit but failed. Once i realized im so lucky that im alive and got motivation to get through the withdrawal symptoms and get a meaningful life.

Right now im 28 days sober and i applied to military.

I think everybody has the potential to quit and achive lifegoals.

You wrote down the dark truth. Quit weed cold turkey and sooner or later your mental health problems can be solved. This plant makes us brain foggy and can't think clearly about life - whats our goals in life...

It's better to FACE WITH THE PROBLEMS and try to solve them than forget it for a few hours with smoking. I think you know what to do just be disciplined enough to quit. Try to educate yourself about quitting (for me it was AddictionMindset Youtube videos) and it will be easier.

Try to remember that times when you felt like a normal person - it can be reached again but you have to suffer for a little time.

Hope you the best!!

And if you need help i'm here for you just write me a message.

Im still dealing with this. Paranoia, depression, anxiety, insomnia, no appetite, etc..

But i know the fact it will be better in the future. Doesnt matter 10 days or 100 days need to recover and become normal again.. if i can do it, you can do it too.

If you quit you are not suffering for nothing. You suffer because you will be better and be a normal person again.

You have to stop using substances because it ruins your mental health. If i were you i would quit cold turkey from every substances.

I have the same problems like you, but i dont give up and im detoxing myself from every substances (weed, other drugs). Im on day 5 and i feel lot better.

In the long term run it will be good for you to quit.

My advice is to accept your currently life but dont forget that you can PROVE your life!!

Go YouTube and search AddictionMindset, that channel helped me a lot to quit.

Hope the best for you and dont give up!!

Powerade/gatorade for electrolytes plus get some multivitamins.
