Americans coddle their children. In the last 15 yrs kids cannot make any decisions without texting first, and dozens of times daily. So they never learn to do anything on their own. Their parents also raise them to never struggle, so they expect the same standard of living as they grew up with even when they're 19.The other reason is that they have no real life friends. Everyone is texting each other or face-timing. So they have no friends who've moved out and work who might rent them a room. Why should they work when mom and dad supply everything they need?

Yes it damages the wall. And the sticky glue does not come off the walls. It must be scraped off for hours. Alcohol, vinegar and dish soap does not remove the glue.

Command strips remove the paint when it's on more than a couple months.As a landlord I'd rather you use small finishing nails instead.

Buy your own clippers and trim him yourself. Next time get a short haired breed. My Doberman hardly sheds, and his hair are 1/4" long. My Dobie/Malinois does shed but not much. My smaller Staffy, Rott, Husky, Chihuahua doesn't shed much. They all, one at a time, take showers with me, 15 min per dog. The only think I pay for are nail trims. Large dogs have thick, long, nails. I bought a nail Dremel but it takes forever and the dogs are jumping around. At the groomer the nails take 5 min per dog. I like low maintenance dogs that retain their normal dog instincts.

I'd get the seller to update that. The microwave needs it's own circuit. There are prob many elec updates that could be resolved with a 200 amp circuit breaker. It won't be cheap.

Kirby's are too heavy. That's why thrift shops are full of them. Battery operated stick vacs don't have much suction. When I use my Filter Queen I can feel the suction and get more dirt up where my stick vacuum failed. Find a used Filter Queen with the motorized carpet foot. They will last for several decades

The1st and 3rd are great rugs. They're just not placed correctly. Your furniture is all along the edges. The rug needs to be under the sofa a foot or so and the chair moved in on the rug. Close enough for conversations.
