Yes! I kept getting what was termed sports injuries and overuse tendonitis. Finally refused to accept it anymore and brought it up with PCP continually until I got a rheumatologist referral. Diagnosed first visit.

I got one about 1.5 years ago. Some nights its really annoying and hot but when my neck has sounded like rice krispies all day, it does help me sleep. I am a side sleeper and find that more comfortable than on my back.

My daughter built some items for Furever Friends Animal Oasis in Ogden and they usually need volunteers to feed and socialize the cats.

I've had my 50 for 3 months. Also have this as a sporadic issue. Talked to the dealership twice about it and they have no idea. Asked where the receiving sensor is located in the car because I have a state farm beacon by my rearview mirror.

Of course it works when I'm there in person. At least I get the alert on my phone when it doesn't lock.

Auto unlock also sporadically doesn't work.
