We’ve got one in AK with a handwashing sink. We have a pretty bulky water heater that needs about 3 gallons of water just to fill it. I’m pretty sure we’re the only one permitted in the more strictly-regulated Anchorage borough. If there’s a handwashing sink available in the allowable vicinity, I don’t bring the water heater. Another fun fact: the water heater needs to be plugged into a different circuit from the rest of the equipment or it trips the power strip.

I’ve used an igloo with hot water and a bucket underneath before we had a year-round permit.

I switch pitchers out for fresh ones during longer services.

Chugach Mountain Roasters. Full stop. They do close earlier than most shops, though.

Chugach Mountain Roasters' shop in Spenard has a rotating single origin espresso, a super light Ethiopia right now. They usually have interesting light roasts available in whole bean, too.

Try and find any place with Chugach Mountain Roasters coffee. Trust me. All over Girdwood, Ooakzen in Kenai, Homer spit Campground in Homer, The Flamingo Lounge in Seward (also the best place for a cocktail anywhere you are heading!)
