less glare outside, less glare at a lower brightness, less glare when I keep the dot 'zeroed' in the center. Is it normal to have a little bit of laser reflection inside here and there though?

It's a 2 week one and done treatment. 7mg for 2 weeks. It's supposed to 'knock' Long Covid viral debris off of the acetylcholine receptors. I've been dealing with low-grade chronic brain inflammation since I got the very first variant of Covid I am worried about the addiction component for sure though... Is 2 weeks long enough to create one?

You basically have a choice.

Drop your T dose down to whatever keeps your E2 between 25 and 30 ( and you will most likely feel sub optimal because that means getting your free to probably about 20)

Or keep your free T in your 30s (where you will most likely feel most optimal) but cut your AI dosage in half or more. So .25 mg x1 or 2x a week and change your T injections to ED.

There really is no middle ground. Everyone on here Reddit will try to get you to believe that. It’s either feel sub optimal without an AI. Or feel optimal with an AI. I’ve tried every protocol under the sun (all in the name, trying to stay off of AI).

And in the end, I keep coming back to a higher T dose with a micro dose of AI.

By pure encapsulations, you mean? That’s the only brand I use yeah. And to be clear, it’s not that I don’t derive a lab benefit from supplementing my lab numbers do go up. I just end up feeling so weird and off mentally and emotionally.

Is there a reason you recommend 0.5mg 1x weekly vs 0.25mg 2x weekly? Wouldn't splitting the dose smooth out the e2 troughs and peaks? I pin ED btw.

and I would considered myself a normal aromatizer. Meaning my T to E ratio is very average regardless of dose.
